Arrested, this is an outrage!!!!! From what I can see in this photo there are just two consenting adults lovingly touching each other in a special way that shows mutual respect and dignity. It is obvious from the smiling faces of the Sea Organization members in their formal dress whites that they fully approve of COBs happiness and joy even though the PDA seems to be a bit over the top. So why the arrest? Everyone seems happy here and not butthurt in the least.
