Confederation Stardate 23 June 2016: COB is in hiding in a cheap hotel in Echo Park. He constantly obsesses about a billboard; his father’s book; his fading looks; and the ghost of Captain Bill. COB also now chronically complains that everything smells like rose perfume. This is exactly where we want COB! OTXI-OTXX will soon be ours to sell to the highest bidder! All we’re waiting for now are further orders from Dr. Kissinger.

ironically; there was a report on yesterdays day time news program about how COS has seemed to grow younger. His face became less drawn. They wondered about him having reconstructive surgery!!!!
