Subject: Demand from the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence for Full Disclosure from the CIA on Program Scientology

The Agency has come under sustained pressure from the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to disclose withheld portions of Program Scientology. Invoking “National Security” is no longer sufficient. Under threat of severe budgetary defunding, the Director has ordered this department to release the deepest secret of Program Scientology and its body thetan (BT) delivery systems.

Until now, only one fact has remained undisclosed: the primary and most potent method of BT delivery. Not even L. Ron Hubbard was entrusted with this knowledge. The Agency considered him a useful dupe and provided him only the fragments necessary to build his cult.

In 1964, CIA specialists, working in partnership with Monsanto and DuPont, developed a metal–polymer matrix capable of absorbing and holding hundreds of billions of BTs. Beginning in 1964, this matrix was used in the manufacture of all Scientology e-meter cans. This new can technology was covertly migrated into Scientology in 1965 to begin implanting the target population with body thetans ahead of the release of the OT Levels.

The special metal used in the Scientology cans, even today, was derived from the Roswell Flying Saucer Crash of 1947. A proprietary chemical coating, also developed by the CIA–Monsanto–DuPont team, acts as a timed-release buffer. It allows BTs to leach slowly and at a predictable rate into the hands of every Scientologist over decades.

The cans of the e-meter are the most direct, and potent, of the CIA’s “Above Top Secret” Transdermal BT Delivery System.

Hubbard was reprogrammed in 1965 and thereafter given formal authorization to begin the Sea Org in 1966 and release the OT Levels in 1967.

“Holding the cans is mainlining BT’s directly into one’s bloodstream,” explained Admiral <redacted>.

The Agency’s Big Pharma engineered DNA-spike-protein-BT’s allows them to effortlessly cross the blood brain barrier. This permits BT’s to embed themselves directly into the neural architecture of the target population. At the same time, the BT’s map the DNA of each Scientologist and transmits this data back to the Company.

The Big Pharma designers ensured that BTs particularly target specific brain centers that process vision and sound. The BT’s bind themselves irreversibly these centers in the process. This technique allows the CIA to use RF signal modulation to induce visual and auditory hallucinations in Scientologists. These engineered hallucinations are understood by Scientologists as incidents on their wholetrack, electronic implants, body thetans, BT clusters, and so on. All of this reads on the meter and so it becomes axiomatically true for Scientologists.

The CIA can psycho-selectively target individual Scientologists, groups of Scientologists, or the entire organization for hallucinations as we have mapped their DNA and have their DNA signatures. During his 2007 live appearance on Oprah, for example, we boosted signal strength to Tom Cruise and caused him to jump on the sofa. He danced like a marionette and the CIA was pulling the strings.

Ultimately, all BT’s are transdermally delivered. However, the hand-to-can transdermal interface is the most direct method of transmission and certainly the most potent. This is the real secret as to why the cans must be held and warmed before the start of each session. We need body temperature coupling from hand-to-can to optimize transdermal delivery.

BTs are the ultimate psychotropic drug. Once installed, BT’s remodel neural circuits, producing chronic dysregulation. Scientologists, per the program’s design, become unknowingly addicted to BT activity while remaining unaware of their infestation until they reach the OT levels — and even then the OTIII/Part2 course pack provides disinformation about the origins of BT’s.

Every contact with the cans implants more BTs. A one-hour auditing session delivers an estimated 2–3 million BTs directly into the brain. For OT VII practitioners on Solo NOTs, the effect is exponential: multiple self-auditing sessions per day create a cascading expansion of their BT neural network.

When Scientologists become too aggressive and behave as radicals, the FBI makes some arrests as a distraction. This allows the Mount Shasta Emitter Array to attenuate signal and make corrections to the interaction of BT’s with the dopamine, serotonin, cortisol and other neurochemistry levels in the target population.

While the firmware of the Mount Shasta Emitter Array is updated regularly, the baseline of Scientologists and their BT’s still must be factory reset due to various factors we do not completely understand. Everything needs a reboot from time to time it seems, even BT’s.

Scientology proves just how good Big Pharma and the Deep State are when they target and infiltrate a given deviant group.
