Scientology ecclesiastical leader David Miscavige is this year’s keynote speaker at the annual meeting of the Religious Fraud Association (RFA).

“The RFA is committed to ensuring that fraudulent religious groups do not lose their IRS 501c3 tax-exempt status,” Scientology spokesman Ken Delusion stated.

“And as we in the Church of Scientology are the premiere group engaged in large-scale global religious fraud,” Delusion noted, “We have the most to lose should the IRS come after us. Therefore, Mr. Miscavige’s speech today will focus on how to use bogus interfaith groups and paid cult apologists — such as those we use at CESNUR — to create the appearance of legitimacy.”

“Mr. Miscavige will not be taking any questions on the cover up of sex crimes in fraudulent religious organizations as he has no personal knowledge of any such activities.”
