We in RTC will soon be formally renaming and reformatting the Church of Scientology:

The Modern and Official Church of Scientology MOCOS is the new name of the Church.

MOCOS is based upon COB’s Seven Factorums:

1. The writings and speeches of COB RTC David Miscavige are elevated to Technology Class A (TCA) and take precedent over whatever the Founder wrote or said. TCA thus becomes the de facto scripture of MOCOS.

2. Only 25% of what the Founder wrote will be deemed MOCOS Scripture. This sections will be classified as Technology Class B (TCB). In order to be classed TCB, the Founders written words must agree with TCA.

3. 90% of the spoken words of the Founder will be classed as “Founder Verbal Tech” (FVT). The body of FVT has no applicability to the Modern and Official Church of Scientology. For example, what the Psych Ortega has played today is clearly FVT that creates Dev-T and M/U’s in the wog readership of this criminal blog.

3A. NOTE: Actual investigation by we in RTC has revealed that FVT is fully responsible for 100% of the misconceptions about the subject of Scientology on the internet. After a one year phase out, FVT will be banned in 2015.

4. IAS Fundraising will be elevated to Tech Class A as it is an essential scriptural aspect of MOCOS.

5. The internet is classed as Suppressive Criminal Effluvia (SCE) and is forbidden to any member of MOCOS except to conduct business and make money.

5A. NOTE: Any Scientologist wishing to send a personal message to any other Scientology must submit that message through the OSA Executive Director of Interpersonal Scientologist Communications (OSA ED ISP), and only then after submitting Form C9-0, completing a sec check to an F/N, and attaching a check for $1002.00.

6. The Basics are Tech Class B and are required reading.

7. Auditing is Tech Class A. As such, auditing may only be received by those Scientologists in good standing who meet the following minimum status requirements:

7B. Super Power Cornerstone Member

7C. Friends of COB Platinum Member

7D. Drug Free Marshall Silver Patron

7E. The Way to Happiness Gold Crusader

7F. Volunteer Minister Bronze Medal with Palms

7G. MOCOS Star High Patron
